BCC's new culinary apprenticeship program combines instruction in the classroom and in a teaching kitchen with professional work in the field. The certificate program begins this fall, and applications are being accepted now.

BCC Extends One Stop Enrollment Center Hours

In preparation for the fall semester, which begins Tuesday, Sept. 3, BCC announces a temporary extension of One Stop Enrollment Center hours. In addition to its normal hours of 8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday, One Stop will be open until 6 pm Monday through Thursday from Aug. 19 through Sept. 10.

BCC's EMT Training Course Fills Need in Berkshire County

BCC reports that of the 13 students who completed its Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training, nine took the required psychomotor test, and all nine passed the exam. Read more.
