Kelsey Breault
Director of Payroll and Budget Management (joined BCC in 2024)
- Ensures accurate and timely payroll for full-time employees
- Manages union contract payouts, including raises, retro payments and deductions
- Oversees campus budgets (excluding grant budgets)
- Assists in developing new fiscal year budgets
Lori Broderick-Bean

- Oversees daily operations, including financial analysis and accounting
- Supports cash reconciliation and procedural matters
