The mission of the Procurement Department is to purchase the highest quality of goods and services at the best value; and ensure compliance with Federal and Massachusetts General Laws in Public Procurement for higher education.
The role of the Procurement Department is to
- Assist employees with questions regarding of goods and services;
- Manage all aspects of the competitive bidding process and negotiations;
- Contract administration; and
- Provide employee training in procurement policies and procedures.
