A Berkshire Community College (BCC) transcript is a copy of a student's permanent record; A chronological listing of all the credit courses attempted by a student at BCC, including the grade received, credits earned and grade-point average.

Students that want to obtain a copy of their transcript for informational, advising, transfer or employment purposes have a few options depending on the purpose.

BCC has partnered with Parchment to provide official transcripts to students.

Sales Tax Update on Credential Requests

Starting Jan. 6, 2025, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This change may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location. Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.

Unofficial Transcripts

An unofficial transcript contains the same information as the official transcript but is not printed on security paper and does not carry the college seal or Registrar's signature. To request an unofficial transcript please fill out the Student request form. Fill out the top — if you do not know your student ID#, please provide the last four of your social security number and your birthdate. Check off unofficial transcript and indicate the email where you want the unofficial transcript sent. Email the form to the One Stop. If you are unable to print the form, please write the information on a piece of paper, sign it, take a photo/scan and send it to the One Stop.
