Parking at BCC

Parking at Berkshire Community College (BCC) is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students, employees and visitors can choose from several parking areas surrounding the main campus. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your class, appointment or event to allow time to find a space and walk to your destination.

Where should I park?

  • North Lot

    The North Lot is a convenient option for reaching:

    • Hawthorne Hall
    • Melville Hall
    • The Connector
    • The rear second-floor entrance to Field Administration Building

    Student, employee and accessible parking spaces are available in this area. Please follow all posted space designations.

  • Central Lot

    The Central Lot is a convenient option for reaching:

    • The Ruth Edmonds Hill Library
    • Hoffman Environmental Center
    • Hawthorne Hall
    • Koussevitzky Arts Center

    Students may park in any unreserved space between the painted lines.

  • South Lot/Paterson Field House

    The South Lot is the most convenient option for reaching Paterson Field House.

    Student, employee and accessible parking spaces are available. Please follow posted signs and space designations.

  • Visitor Lot

    Short-term visitor spaces are reserved for campus guests and may be used for up to 90 minutes. They are centrally located and convenient for reaching:

    • Koussevitzky Arts Center
    • One Stop Enrollment Center
    • The Ruth Edmonds Hill Library
    • Field Administration Building
    • Susan B Anthony building and classroom G12

    Visitor spaces are not available for students or employees.

  • East Road Lot

    Parking along East Road provides convenient access to:

    • Susan B Anthony building and classroom G12
    • Field Administration Building
    • One Stop Enrollment Center
    • The Ruth Edmonds Hill Library
    • Koussevitzky Arts Center

    East Road includes designated employee and accessible parking spaces. A valid state-issued accessible parking placard or license plate is required to use an accessible space.

  • Visitor Circle

    The Visitor Circle is for active drop-offs and pick-ups only. Standing and long-term parking are not permitted.

  • Accessible Parking

    Accessible parking spaces are located:

    • In the North Lot
    • In the South Lot
    • Along East Road near Fire Road

    A valid state-issued accessible parking placard or license plate must be displayed at all times.
