Student Financial Services Forms

BCC will be enacting a drop for non-payment* for the fall 2026 semester. To avoid being dropped from your courses, you must complete the following by the due date:

  • Pay the full balance of your bill (including health insurance charge or completion of the waiver process) or
  • Create a payment plan and successfully pay at least one-third of your total balance due or
  • Have anticipated financial aid that satisfies the total balance due (anticipated aid is only provided for those who have a complete financial aid application and meeting satisfactory academic progress) or
  • Have documented financial assistance from a third party (i.e., employee benefits, BHS Pipeline, MassAbility, VA, etc.) or
  • Have a combination of the above that satisfies the total balance due.

*A  drop for non-payment is an administrative action taken by colleges and universities when a student fails to pay their tuition, fees, or set up a payment plan by the required deadline. When this happens, the student’s enrollment in all classes is canceled, and their seats are released to other students. This process ensures that students do not accumulate unpaid debt and that class availability is maintained for others.

If you are waiving your student health insurance during the fall or spring, don't forget to visit Gallagher and finish waiving it on their site. If you need help with Gallagher, call 1-877-306-2062.

Please download and complete the appropriate forms as directed by someone from our staff. If you are unsure of which forms you need, please call us at 413-499-4660 or email onestop@berkshirecc.edu.

All forms must be returned to us from your student email account, with the exception of the Declaration of No Degree which requires a physical signature at the One Stop.
