Clinical: Kimball Farms, 40 Sunset Avenue, Lenox, MA
Mt. Greylock Extended Care, 1000 North Street, Pittsfield, MA
Course Fee: Grant-funded scholarships may be available for those who qualify. Self-pay option
is also available to those not covered through scholarship funding.
