ServSafe Manager Certification Training
This certification is a food safety credential that verifies a person's knowledge
and skills to manage food safety in a foodservice operation. The certification is
offered by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and
is accredited by the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The certification
is intended for restaurant owners, managers, and employees who are responsible for
food safety in the workplace. This certification in valid for five years.

Training includes Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, Adult and Child AED use, First Aid,
bleeding management, and Narcan (naloxone) administration. Training includes Adult,
Child, and Infant CPR, Adult and Child AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use,
First Aid, bleeding management, and Narcan administration for opioid overdose response.
Learn how to recognize emergencies, provide immediate care, activate emergency medical
services, and respond effectively until professional help arrives.
